The board of directors has spent the past several weeks investigating how to best remove the excessive amount of ducks at the ponds. During these investigations, it was found that our best option to do this is through the United States Department of Agriculture. The U.S.D.A. will be placing temporary fencing and other equipment around the pond(s). These fences and equipment are part of the removal process and must stay in place in order for the removal process to be effective. The United States Department of Agriculture will return in the next several weeks to finish the removal pursuant to their own removal standards and processes and this should be completed by September 30, 2020. We ask that you DO NOT tamper with any of the fencing and equipment during this time. Please be aware that feeding the ducks will cause this issue to become worse and may cause the association to incur further costs if not brought under control.
